- At the time of booking we ask for a NON-REFUNDABLE amount, corresponding to 30% of the cost of the booking to be paid within 3 days of booking confirmation.

- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the expected arrival date or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
